Clinical Nurse Consultant
Sonya is the Director and Founder of our service and a highly experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with 39 years in nursing. She began her career in urology, spinal, and head injury care and has since worked across emergency nursing, paediatric and aged care, disability support, and school-based health education for complex medical conditions. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in navigation, transitional care, and rehabilitation, helping individuals and families move confidently through complex healthcare journeys.
Her special interests include continence and bowel management, complex care planning, and the management of conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and epilepsy. Sonya is passionate about developing tailored care plans that empower clients to live safely and well in their own homes.
A registered midwife with NICU experience, Sonya combines extensive clinical knowledge with a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. As our founder, she has built the organisation on a philosophy of compassion, excellence, and innovation, ensuring every member of the team shares her dedication to improving healthcare outcomes.

Business Operations Manager
Clinical Typist
Tully wears two hats as our Business Operations Manager and clinical typist for reports and management plans. With a background in healthcare, health insurance, and social justice, she brings both expertise and a caring touch to her work. When she’s not at work, Tully loves cooking and baking, or spending quality time with her family.

Client Relations Manager
Intake
Sophie is the first person you’ll meet, guiding clients through the intake process with warmth and care. With a background in customer service and retail, she brings creativity and a friendly touch to everything she does. When she’s not at work, Sophie enjoys gardening, arts and crafts, building LEGO, and spending time with her fur baby, Winnie.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Finn completed his nursing degree before spending three years in the UK working in ICU during the peak of COVID. Now back home, he loves working in community care, bringing a warm, witty approach and a passion for complex care. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, at the gym, or in the garden.

Nicky has been a nurse since 2019, with a focus on acute surgical care, wound management, and continence support. She finds nursing incredibly rewarding, enjoying the chance to give back, tackle challenges, and grow professionally. Outside of work, Nicky loves catching up with family and friends, travelling, wining and dining, and anything to do with animals.
